In these unprecedented times, we feel it is necessary to take action to assist our valued clients and our valued team at Geyer Accountants.
 
Impact on our clients:
 
As your trusted advisor we understand that we are going to be a point of reference and advice in these difficult times, please be assured we are ready to help in any way we can.  Any issues that you have please don’t hesitate to reach out for assistance;

  • Specific advice on government stimulus
  • Review and discuss your business contingency plan
  • Have a Business check in to discuss potential impacts and actions

We have made some changes within our own office however we are here to assist you, our client, in any way we possibly can.  PLEASE don’t hesitate to call.


Impact on our office:

Based on the current advice and information available we have decided to take the following steps to protect our clients, staff, and suppliers:

We are restricting 1:1 interaction within our office, this means that we are going to limit face to face meetings as best we can and a number of our team will be working at home. We are still happy to see you if you need to sign documents or need our assistance urgently.  We are not restricting this access however if you need a meeting we will be organizing the meetings online and/or via conference calls if necessary.

If you need to just drop off paperwork please note that we have a Drop-off box at the front of our building.  This box is right next to the stairs leading up to our office (on the left-hand side of our office).

It is likely that in the coming weeks and months that people in our community will be concerned about the direct impact Coronavirus COVID-I9 will have. Therefore, Geyer Accountants has developed a contingency plan aimed at minimising and managing the impact of such an event. Some of the initiatives currently in place include:

  • Additional disinfecting of areas within our office.
  • Restricting contact with others where possible.
  • Having some of our teamwork from home.
