Geyer Accountants (GA) May COMPETITION 2019
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Headline details
1.1. Residents of: Australia.
1.2. Minimum age: 18 years.
1.3. Start time and date: 9.00 am AEDT on 2 May 2019.
1.4. Closing time and date: 2.00pm AEDT on 31 May 2019.
2. Prizes
2.1. There will be 1 winning entrant that will be drawn at 31 May 2019.
2.2. There will be 4 runners up prizes drawn on the Friday of each week which will receive Geyer Merchandise.
2.3. The Winning Entrant will receive an Officeworks voucher valued at AUD$200.
2.4. The maximum total value of the final winning entire prize pool is AUD$200.
2.5. The entrant will be contacted on the 31st of May and asked to collect the prize, if they are unable to collect it will be posted out within 7 days of judging.
3. Promotion Entry
3.1. By participating, the entrant agrees to be bound by these conditions.
3.2. The promotion starts at the time and date specified in condition 1.3. Entries must be received by the time and date specified in condition 1.4 (Promotion Period)
3.3. To enter the promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotion Period:
3.3.1. Post a photo on their own or our business page and tag @geyeraccountants and #officefortheday
3.3.2. The photo will be appropriate for general audiences and depict their office for the day.
3.4. By entering the promotion, the entrant consents to
3.4.1. receipt of any communication regarding the promotion and other communication which informs the entrant of the Promoter’s products, services and events; and
3.4.2. the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image, testimony or submission to the promotion in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration
for the purpose of advertising and marketing this promotion (including any outcome), the Promoter’s products and services or the Promoter more generally.
3.5. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant, owned by the entrant and free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims
by other parties. Entries must not have been published previously or have won any awards or prizes in other competitions.
3.6. The Promoter reserves the right to:
3.6.1. verify the validity of entries and entrants;
3.6.2. disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions;
3.6.3. to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, or in the Promoter’s opinion, includes objectionable content,
including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory language.
3.7. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its
sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
4. Selection of Winning Entrants
4.1. Judging will take place at Shop 4B, 476-478 Dorset Road, Croydon South, Victoria 3136, Australia (on or around 31st May 2019.
4.2. The Winning Entrant will be the most creative entry from Australia, judged to be the most interesting and genuine image, in response to the statement outlined in
condition 3.3.2.
4.3. Each entry will be individually judged by the Promoter based on literary and creative merit. Chance plays no part in determining the Winning Entrants.
4.4. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.5. Entries are limited to one image per entrant per day.
4.6. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw condition at 4.7 below, if for any reason a Winning Entrant does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter,
then that prize will be forfeited.
4.7. If a prize is unclaimed a subsequent draw may take place no later than 30 days following the Selection Date at the same time and place as the original draw,
subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
5. Winning Entrants’ Notification and Publication
The Winning Entrant will be notified within 7 working days of the Selection Date via Facebook.

The Promoter is Geyer Accountants (GA) comprising Carolyn Geyer & Associates, of Shop 4B, 476-478 Dorset Road, Croydon South, Victoria 3136, Australia.

7.2 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention
, fraud, technical failures, unforeseen legal or commercial circumstances or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, delay or suspend the
competition, or disqualify any entrant, as appropriate.
7.3 By entering the competition, each entrant releases Facebook from all liability in relation to the competition and acknowledges that the competition is in no
way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
