TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Headline details

1.1. Residents of: Australia.

1.2. Minimum age: 18 years.

1.3. Start time and date: 12.00 PM AEDT on 21 NOVEMBER 2019.

1.4. Closing time and date: 2.00pm AEDT on 30 DECEMBER 2019.

2. Prizes

2.1. There will be 1 winning entrant in total.

2.2. The Winning Entrant will receive a Hahndorf’s Christmas Hamper valued at $60.

2.3. The maximum total value of the entire prize pool is AUD$60.

2.4. The entrant will be contacted on the 3^nd December 2019 and asked to collect the prize, if they are unable to collect it will be delivered out within 14 days of judging.

3. Promotion Entry

3.1. By participating, the entrant agrees to be bound by these conditions.

3.2. The promotion starts at the time and date specified in condition 1.3. Entries must be received by the time and date specified in condition 1.4 (Promotion Period)

3.3. To enter the promotion, the entrant must, during the Promotion Period:

3.3.1. Like Geyer Accountants facebook page and Comment on the relevant Facebook post, found at www.facebook.com/geyeraccountants/

3.3.2. Comment in 10 words or less who you would share the hamper with and why, only valid entries will be considered on the relevant Facebook post.

3.3.3. If the post is shared privately entries are not visible to the Admins of the page therefore are void of valid entry to the relevant facebook post

3.4. By entering the promotion, the entrant consents to

3.4.1. Receipt of any communication regarding the promotion and other communication which informs the entrant of the Promoter’s products, services and events; and

3.4.2. the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image, testimony or submission to the promotion in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of advertising and marketing this promotion (including any outcome), the Promoter’s products and services or the Promoter more generally.

3.5. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant, owned by the entrant and free of any claims, including copyright or trademark claims by other parties. Entries must not have been published previously or have won any awards or prizes in other competitions.

3.6. The Promoter reserves the right to:

3.6.1. verify the validity of entries and entrants;

3.6.2. disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions;

3.6.3. to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, or in the Promoter’s opinion, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory language.

3.7. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.

4. Selection of Winning Entrants

4.1. Judging will take place at 4B, 476-478 Dorset Road, Croydon South, Victoria 3136, Australia (on or around 3^nd December 2019).

4.2. The Winning Entrant will be the most creative entry from Australia, judged to be the most interesting and genuine explanations, in response to the statement outlined in condition 3.3.2. in accordance with term of promotion entry 3.3.3.

4.3. Each entry will be individually judged by the Promoter based on literary and creative merit. Chance plays no part in determining the Winning Entrants.

4.4. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.5. Entries are limited to one per entrant.

4.6. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw condition at 4.7 below, if for any reason a Winning Entrant does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that prize will be forfeited.

4.7. If a prize is unclaimed a subsequent draw may take place no later than 30 days following the Selection Date at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

5. Winning Entrants’ Notification and Publication

The Winning Entrant will be notified within 7 working days of the Selection Date via Facebook.

6. Promoter

The Promoter is Geyer Accountants, comprising Carolyn Geyer & Associates, 4B, 476-478 Dorset Road, Croydon South, Victoria 3136, Australia.

7. Other Information

7.1 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, unforeseen legal or commercial circumstances or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, delay or suspend the competition, or disqualify any entrant, as appropriate.

7.2 By entering the competition, each entrant releases Facebook from all liability in relation to the competition and acknowledges that the competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
