Marita commenced working in Tax and Financial Paraplanning in 2001 after 6 years in the Banking sector. With a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) she provides a full range of services to clients including tax return preparation concentrating on Individuals, Small Business and Rental Property owners, Bookkeeping and BAS preparation. Marita lives locally and enjoys playing netball, walking her dogs, bike riding and is a Carlton Football Club Member.  She loves spending her spare time with her family and friends, follows most sports and is an avid reader and loves to cook.

Jo is new to our team having joined us in May 2023. She is our very own inhouse bookkeeper and has hit the ground running, ensuring client files are accurate and up to date. Jo is responsible for completing Business Activity Statements, payrolls and assisting our accountants. Jo has 20 years of experience in the field. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking her labradoodle on exciting adventures.

Rachel is our office manager, she is kept busy overseeing the daily running of the office, which includes assisting the accounting team and managing the administration team, with a bit of IT support thrown in for good measure, to ensure all aspects of the business run as smoothly as possible. She has worked in customer service for over 22 years, 9 of which have been with Geyer Accountants, she initially started at reception.

Sandra is an integral part of the Administration team keeping the flow of work from accountants to clients moving as smoothly and quickly as possible. She has a diploma in business administration and a keen eye for detail, which is a benefit, because as the accounting practice grows so do the policies and procedures, which she helps to establish and keep organised. She has a preoccupation with collecting Eeyore’s, yes, the adorable donkey from Winnie the Pooh.

Danielle is our director of first impressions, you will see her at reception or speak to her when calling the office, she has an extensive knowledge of tax terminology and requirements making her an invaluable member of the Administrative Team.

Danielle is a devoted AFL supported as well as an avid dog lover and outside of work, she will be taking her very spoilt Frenchie on playdates and to pick out new toys.
